·         Set the Mood

You need to make her feel comfortable long before the first touch. Lay a towel on the bed to block any stains from the massage oil.

·         Be Smooth

Periodically switch the direction of your circles. Because this move is less intense, it's a good one for starting and ending the massage.

Place your hands on each side of her lower back about half an inch from her spine, and gently lean into your palms. Applying pressure, glide your hands up her back to her neck and then outward along her shoulder blades.

Starting at her lower back, place your thumbs on each side of her spine and slowly rub your thumbs into the muscles, avoiding direct contact with her spine.

Alternate hands, spending a few seconds in each spot before moving your thumbs up an inch. Work to her nape and then back down. Repeat the movement several times.

Today I will describe to you what a cool cat looks like and what you should try to imitate.  The description of a cool guy would be a well dressed, gentlemen, with a good body(so start hitting the gym) knows how to handle his liquor (never gets drunk and makes a fool of himself) neat hairstyle never looking sloppy, always has good manners.  So the description is as follows:

·         A nice suit or neat shirt and jean. Clean in style shoes(never running shoes except if you go running)

·         Is a gentleman with the ladies no matter the age or looks.

·         A fit well defined body(gym membership now)

·         Short neat hairstyle styled with a bit of product
